REVIEW: Hotlife - Take Me Away EP out on Avanti / Black Hole rec.

1. Take Me Away
2. Nova

Hotfile present their debut "Take Me Away EP" on the Avanti imprint, featuring the tracks "Take Me Away" and "Nova".

Soon after their first steps onto the EDM scene in early 2012, producer duo Hotfile built a strong reputation. The first one to describe them as talented and upcoming producers was none other than Tiësto, who playlisted their original tracks in his Club Life radio shows, including "Take Me Away". Hotlife consists of childhood friends Yavor and Nikolay, both hailing from Varna, Bulgaria. After DJing in their local scene for several years (Yavor played for Alpha Radio Bulgaria and top clubs like Cacao Beach, Cosmic Club and a few large outdoor events) the duo decided to team up and join creative forces in early 2012. Currently spending most of their time writing new tracks with influences tracing back to Tiësto, Deadmau5 and Swedish House Maffia, Hotlife are set to make a lasting impression.

The musical styles that Hotfile take to the stage on the "Take Me Away EP" represent an enticing mix of progressive house, trance and electro. Both "Take Me Away" and "Nova" carry a big torch for the uplifting side of trance, but with seriously engaging maximal house details in it.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Its always great to see legendary and established labels like Avanti & Black Hole recordings to support new talents from all over the world. The next very successful duo comes from Bulgaria and their EP on Avanti includes the massive Take Me Away that is already pushed by Dj Tiesto in his very influential radio show Club Life and the equally impressive Nova. First of all Take Me Away is a superb big room epic prog house anthem of the highest quality. Excellently composed with tight and solid pumping beats, energetic rough basslines and cool epic synths in the breakdown to drive your audience out of their head. It has the right amounts of deep emotions and full on dynamism to keep the clubbers jumping and dancing but feeling the great melodic theme at the same time. Very large crowdpleaser that deserves to reach the highest positions at the beatport prog house chart. On the other side of the imaginary vinyl is the fantastic Nova. It sounds Harder and bangier  with  uplifting epic progressive house, electro house, nu rave and strong trance input as well.  The main theme is very epic and able to unite thousands of  clubbers under the same club roof. Its so good that will send you above the stars for sure. Hotlife will be very big in 2013. Watch out Black Hole labels for more Hotlife releases. Love iT!
