Fresh for 2012, Dr Don Don pairs up with Amali Ward on the second single of his forth coming debut album.

‘Good Thing’ teams Ward’s influences from the Motown era, her charismatic and soulful vocals, with Don Don’s masterful twist on the old skool bringing it fresh for 2012.

This infectious single is the quintessential all round feel-good anthem, proving why the Dons’s biggest fans spread far and wide into the play lists of Fat Boy Slim, Judge Jules, Eric Morillo, Yolanda Be Cool & Riva Starr.

Top shelf remixes come from Rogerseventytwo, Punk Ninja, Magik Johnson and the timeless original master piece from the man himself.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The superb Dr Don Don after his global anthem King of Stars returns with another beautiful house track that comes along with a superb   package of wicked mixes to play in your sets. First of all the original mix is a feel good retro funky track with fantastic arrangement that gives you the sense of live performance.  So if you would love to add a sense of romanticism and sense of sweet melancholia in your set would be the best choice to do it. The amazing Amali Ward is on vocal duties and her voice is  soulful and sounds very positive as well. Its the best track in my opinion to start your day and set it as a waking up ring tone too. The remix package includes some top versions that will satisfy wide variety of house audiences. Rogerseventytwo mix is a retro tribal house style track that uses great percussion and will make you wiggle it for sure. Punk Ninja service the banging electro house meets nu rave version that will blow any club roof. So if you like things tougher and rockier this version manages magically to be energetic and apply the soulful vocal in the finest way. Last but not least Magik Johnson offers a very cool tech infused retro house version that has tribal  influences as well. Playful and feel good is the more eclectic version that the more underground and cool djs will adopt straight away. The package includes dub remixes as well for the creative djs out there.  Love iT!
