Armada Music continues its musical journey in 2012 and kicks it off with a new series of the beloved ‘Armada Tracks & Remixes’ packages. Volume 1 of the 2012 packages include new hidden gems, long-awaited exclusives and tracks that are far too special to be drowning in compilations. This is the moment, when 10 of Armada’s finest tracks and exclusives will get the spotlight they deserve.

Estonia’s up and coming producer DNS Project took on remix duties for Armin’s Gaia jewel ‘Stellar’. His big-room interpretation now finally shatters through the speakers, kicking in just as hard as the Tomas Heredia remix of Jorn van Deynhoven’s A State of Trance hit ‘Spotlight’. For the uplifting touch on Aly & Fila’s ‘Listening’ track with singer Josie, you’ll be indulged to hear the Pulserockerz remix, taking you in with soft synths and hard-hitting beats.

Michael Cassette, the much-requested producer-duo, didn’t make the deadline of the release of ‘The Steals vs Grafiti – Sinners’, but now see their characteristic sound riding the vocal gem on the Exclusives package. We’re pretty sure you’re also pleasantly surprised to hear Karanda’s melodic piece of ‘Roll Out' out in the open, as well as Danny da Costa’s electro-shock ‘Tessa’. These are tracks with character, each creating a special vibe.

Fabio XB & Yves De Lacroix never fail to deliver, with their ‘Universe of Love’ being part of Volume 1 of the exclusive pack.  Kid Alien’s mega-hit ‘The Atmosphere’, made big by Armin’s Universal Chapter 5 compilation, gets another previously unreleased remix out. Riding a diverse sound, is the Kid Alien and Starchild VIP mix.
Last, but definitely not least, is feel-good trance-progger ‘Crema’, by Israel based duo Ruby & Tony.

Dimitri Kechagias review:   The top series of exclusive tracks and remixes continues for Armada Music and as the best way to start the new year the Dutch label releases 10 must have exclusives that many were waiting to come out and own for ever.  Armin van Buuren presents Gaia - Stellar comes on the new DNS Project Remix. So driving and full on but always on the progressive trance tip. DNS project even introduces a brand new riff in the breakdown but with the lovely use of that ethnic female vocal once again. Big room dancefloor destroyer. Jorn van Deynhoven real uplifting beauty Spotlight is transformed by Tomas Heredia in a more proglifting affair perfect for those middle sets moments. Long and beautiful full of energy and personality this version has the word winner written all over it. Aly & Fila feat. Josie vocal trance classic  Listening gets the Pulserockerz treatment that is full on hands in the air version that will bring instantly a wide smile in your face perfect for the peak time moment of your set. Quite old school hard trance sounds for that retro trance feel. The Steals vs Grafiti - Sinner is modified by the superb Michael Cassette who add that warm balearic summery laid back groovy live like feeling  version perfect to drive in the night while the snowfalls covering the city and thinking of the summer that is just 6 months away.  Karada goes for a nice electro trance trip  named Roll Out packed with warm electronic blissful melodies, dirty chunky parts and  classical music style theme in the breakdown.  Sasha Virus is a wonderful new talent and delivers the stunning driving progressive trancer Fountain. Blissful and melodic with tribalish bouncy proggy beats and quality melodic theme on top.  Danny Da Costa get the dancefloor in a very special mood with the explosive Tessa. Just wait to hear in the breakdown the amazing big room ravey synthy riff that will get your audience clapping their hands and humming it instantly. Big room electro trance thunder track for the festivals that will do some sure damage. The Italians  Fabio XB & Yves De Lacroix service us  a mesmerizing progressive electro vocal trancer with hi-nrg synthy lines, choped vocals and powerful drive that lead us on the awesome breakdown that the lovely female vocals will get you in a romantic sexy mood. Of course the big epic melody will offer you the chance to dance the night away in the excellent climax. Who doesnt wish this world to become Universe of Love? Kid Alien give us The Atmosphere on the Kid Alien and Starchild VIP Mix that is much more driving than the original but equally hypnotic and high quality too. This version recalls trance sounds from the late 90's so will get you in a romantic mood as well. Last but not least we need some creame on top and the excellent duo Ruby & Tony service us a beautiful electro prog trancer on the high quality levels of Armada music. Classy prog trancer produced in the best possible way with big melodic electroish riff  in the breakdown with huge synths along with ah ah ah type female vocals  to get everybody on a clubby mood. Club trancers to rock the Universe.  Overall this series gets better and better its time with tracks that finally will see the light of the day and will not be lost in the corner of an A&R's hard disc. Love It!
