Dimitri Kechagias review: Discover records enters 2012 with a wonderful new release from a talent that as it seems will blow big time in the trance scene in the coming months. This top EP by Nexus 3 includes two stunning uplifting trancers that have the word quality trance written from head to toe. State of Wonder that is my favorite as well is straight forward big room uplifting trance on the UK tip. Driving basslines, tough beats, acid psy influences along with lovely melody and warm strings to uplift your senses. The track grows bigger and larger as it progress with small breakdown to introduce additional sound layers that lead us to the huge main breakdown. Ambient atmosphere and the little dreamy riff is introduced to work its magic like a form of electronic acupuncture that will ease your pain and start healing the wounds of your soul for the main part to come next that hands will be in the air and your mind in a faraway place. Last Flight as the name suggests is a traveling feel good uplifting UK style trancer perfect for your late night flight needs. The breakdown is equally mind absorbing as on State of Wonder but with a more epic feel to it. It has the potential to become that star track of the EP. Label boss Activa reworks the original in his own unique and trusted style. His version has even more dynamism, extra power and overall sounds more rounded and ready for trancefloor domination.
