Juventa has become a key part of the Enhanced family over the past year; with releases across several of the labels, this talented 17 year old has show he's adroit at a wide range of styles, and not once does he let the standards drop.
As You Are, as featured on his forthcoming Amsterdam Enhanced compilation is a return to his uplifting roots. Fast paced, the track gets off to a rocking start as it powers into the gorgeous breakdown. Warm chords, layers of stabs and soaring pads send the track skyward before hitting a superb peak time climax packed with energy.
Marc Simz as you would expect takes the track down a techier route for his rework, with its deeper bassline and shuffley percussion setting the tone for the production. Setting the vocals back in the mix and introducing bigger pads he allows more space for the atmosphere to build into the breakdown, before a more subtle but equally effective climax.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Once again the talented Dutch producer Juventa reveals another smashing uplifting power trancer that will win your heart and sure place in your playlist if you love to dj and spread the message of music to others too. It has all the qualities that we expect from Juventa and an intresting surprising twist as well. It uses lovely vocodered female vocals that you are not exactly what she sing about but add mysticm and playfulness that is not usually the case within the uplifting trance genre. Highlight moment is of course the breakdown that is very well produced and epic to the maximum and prepare us for the top notch peak time moment in the main part that all elements interact to each other in perfect harmony taking us on a colorful journey that only trance music can offer us of course. Marc Simz who has many great originals and top remixes goes all the way for an uplifting style remix and abandons his usual tech trance/proglifting style. Of course his trademark sound is evident in this remix as well with noteworthy moment being the breakdown with great application of the piano melody and ulta huge synthy part that is refreshing like being in a hot day under cold shower. Top stuff and absolute must have release on Enhanced that is well established as one of the finest trance labels in global scale.
