Global hit-maker and DJ David Guetta’s new single is “Without You” and features Usher.
“Without You” is taken from David’s 5th studio album “Nothing But The Beat” which reached No. 2 in the UK albums chart (No. 1 on iTunes album chart) and went Gold in its first week. On the album Guetta has enlisted an all-star cast which includes Flo-Rida, Nicki Minaj, Taio Cruz, Ludacris, will.i.am, Usher, Snoop Dogg, Akon, Jennifer Hudson, Sia, Timbaland and Dev. This is the Grammy award winning DJ’s first album since 2009’s global breakthrough smash “One Love” which has sold over 3 million albums and 12 million singles world-wide.

That is of course his ability with his clever music compositions to bring dance music right back at the top of the pop charts and pave the way for more dance artists to break in the mainstream and have the same crossover success not only in Europe but most importantly in USA that is quite hard for a European Electronic Music Dance Artist to do it. He had an enormous impact on merging current trendy electronic dance music underground styles such as dirty dutch or trance and progressive house with hip hop, r'n'b vocalists and well known pop singers. His music is a brand new genre on its own right called Pop Dance. Nicky Romero from his side delivers a stunning rough hard dutch house style version with full use of the vocals upon pumpier sharper beats. R3hab version is pure genious as well by adding the fatteness and the largeness of his rough underground style but with full vocal and use of the main melodic theme of the track. Overall its another case of a track that radio stations and club djs can easily play in their sets. David Guetta is part of EDM cultural history for sure and I'm big admirer of his achievements.
