COMPILATION NEWS: Best of King Street Sounds Part 1 & 2 out on Armada Music



Following BEAT Music Fund’s acquisition of renowned New York City house label King Street Sounds, this past week marked the release of the first two of four albums: ‘Best Of King Street’. Showcasing tracks from house music royalty including Kerri Chandler, Guy Gerber, Dennis Ferrer, listeners can now immerse themselves in hours of the genre’s best of the best. Remaining albums will drop through March.


 A proper New York house label that has been on the cusp of dance music since its founding in 1993, King Street Sounds proudly presents its strong legacy through its 'Best Of King Street' series. The first part of the series includes label classics such as Dennis Ferrer's 'How Do I Let Go', Kerri Chandler's 'Bar A Thym', Gasparian's 'Keep On Rising' and Louie Vega's 'Vega 2'.

Perfect for those who adore classic house, this installment includes trailblazing records such as Harry Romero's 'Mongobonix', the 7th Star Vocal Remix of Dennis Ferrer's 'Touched The Sky', the Sinner & James Remix of Ultra Nate's 'Party Girl (Turn Me Loose)' and Ananda Project's 'Where The Magic Takes You'.
