Along with Colin Benders, KSHMR, Lucas & Steve and Camo & Krooked, Netsky will be sharing his expertise with aspiring producers and DJs at the Festival Hangout.
Studio XL has become an obvious highlight not just of ADE Sound Lab, but of the whole Amsterdam Dance Event program. After all, who wouldn't be excited about the chance to see top artists setting up their studios in front of an audience and inviting you into their creative process?
Following sessions with Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, Chocolate Puma and the duo of Surgeon & Lady Starlight in 2017, this year ADE team is truly thrilled to have Colin Benders, Camo & Krooked, KSHMR, Lucas & Steve and now Boris Daenen aka Netsky coming to share their secrets. Netsky is renowned for his ability to weave emotive melodies into bass and beats; his clean lines, vocal hooks and dancefloor impact have all made him a fast-rising star.
With three albums under his belt already, Netsky has just completed his latest project on which he collaborated with producers Stargate (Rihanna, Jay Z and Coldplay) for an album release later this year. As well as his production work, Netsky maintains a hectic DJ schedule, performing across the globe from Miami's Ultra Festival, Glastonbury, Coachella, Ibiza and beyond. He will be taking over the panel room during ADE Sound Lab and will turn it into his own makeshift Studio XL, where you’ll get an exclusive look into his creative process and the building of a track. In addition to his Studio XL session, he's also hosting an event at the Melkweg called Netsky & Friends inviting Alison Wonderland, GANZ, Rachel Green and others on ADE Saturday.

ADE Sound Lab will run from Thursday, October 18th through Saturday, October 20th at the Festival Hangout located at De Brakke Grond, with the program starting at noon. ADE Sound Lab is accessible for ADE Card (€15,-) holders, as well as with the ADE Pass and ADE Conference Pass, available here.
