In addition to the numerous festival nighttime events and the extensive conference and partner program, there is also a lot going on during the daytime. Whether you're into art, film, gear and instruments, last-minute pop-up events or looking to get in touch with your favorite artists, the ADE Card* is your ticket to all of this. Not convinced yet? Art & Film program
On ADE Wednesday kicks off an exhibition of sound, light, and space of Ryoji Ikeda in EYE Presents, followed by the exhibition series of To the Beat of My Own Drum and Life inside a pixel by Dadara.
Thursday will feature Body In Revolt at Mediamatic and the start of an audiovisual installation of Charlotte Krieger and LYZZA at Foam x ADE. LAB111 will be part of the art program with Extravagance in Uniform. The ADE Card offers free entry or a discount on the admission price during this year’s ADE Art Route.
LAB111 also provides numerous documentaries and films in the ADE Film program. On Wednesday, they will be showing Suzanne Ciani: A Life In Waves. Moreover, the ADE exclusive premiere of Era Of Dance: The Story Of Soviet Techno Revolution will be playing on Friday.
Following up on last year's premiere of Avicii: True Stories, is the Dutch premiere of M.I.A.'s documentary MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. at de Melkweg Cinema on ADE Saturday. ADE Card Holders will get free entry, but there's limited capacity (first come, first serve).
Free entrance to the ADE Festival Hangout
The ADE Festival Hangout is located at De Brakke Grond and will once again be the home of ADE Sound Lab and ADE BeamLab during ADE. The Festival Hangout (De Brakke Grond) is open from ADE's Wednesday till Saturday and is located at the very heart of Amsterdam just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station.
ADE Sound Lab is the central hub for artists, producers and DJs to meet and enjoy showcases, masterclasses numerous interactive events and will run from October 17th - October 20th. The program starts at noon.
ADE BeamLab is an evening dedicated to visual technology and stage design. Throughout the day, you can also see a demo-talk by the founders of EboSuite, a live performance of the Weltmaschine by Van Abbe and more.
Part of ADE Sound Lab is the MusicTalks series of panels where artists share their experience, wisdom, humour and creativity talking about their musical career. This year will include the likes of Bonobo, Don Diablo and Orbital.
At ADE Sound Lab's Studio XL sessions we invite music producers from various different backgrounds to host a masterclass session for aspiring producers. Camo & Krooked, Colin Benders, KSHMR and Lucas & Steve will be featured this year.
A whole load of gear will be present at the ADE Festival Hangout. You have the chance to get your hands on the latest products of Ableton, Amptec, Elektron, Novation and more.
During Demolition XXIII, DJs, producers and music industry figures will give you honest feedback and tips on your work. Furthermore, you can find demo drops at God Save The Groove and the Revealed Pop-Up Store.
Discounts
ADE Card Holders will also receive a discount on selected ADE Merchandise. The ADE Merchandise will also be sold at the ADE Hangover on Sunday.
The Revealed Day Conference grants a 1-month pro user account at their site and a 10% discount on merchandise.

Pop-up Events
Coming to ADE are the in-store events of InDeep'n'Dance where you can hang out and listen to their selection of DJs. In addition, they offer free goodies and 25% discount on t-shirts, merchandise and 10% discount on records.
Last year, Mary Go Wild held a set of basement raves during the daytime. Coming for the sixth consecutive year is Kompakt meets Oz., where you can shop for records while enjoying music and drinks (make sure you are on time).
