ADE 2018: Start-up challenge 10 Companies to Watch (10C2W) returns to ADE Tech

For the third year in a row we want to celebrate the very best new ideas relating to the music industry. So we’re issuing an open call to both established companies and start-ups, asking them to send us the ideas that they believe could be game-changing for the entertainment industry.

ADE is looking for projects in the fields of technology, data, hardware and software that the developers believe can make a genuine difference to the future of the music and entertainment industries. The initial pitch should be no longer than 200 words, giving a clear outline of the project and what it is intended to achieve. New business models are also eligible to enter, but must have demonstrable relevance to an existing industry sector.

Shawn Wilson, CEO of last year’s 10C2W winner Muzooka, commented:

“ADE 2017 was amazing for Muzooka. We launched our DJ Setlist Reporter with Buma Stemra, and powered artist assets on the ADE website. We had quite a few meetings set prior to ADE, and after we took first place in the 10 Companies to Watch competition, suddenly our calendar was full. Muzooka came to our first ADE feeling strong, and left it feeling stronger!”

ADE Tech, once again hosted by Paylogic, with the co-operation of Paradiso’ brings ADE delegates face to face with the very latest and most relevant new technology. This year the emphasis across the whole of Tech Thursday is on inspired and inspiring keynote speakers, alongside interactive experiences aimed at offering delegates the chance to judge the value of the featured technologies for themselves. More program updates will be announced soon.
