ADE 2016: Hard Dance Event scales up and moves to new location

ADE's conference focused on the harder styles of dance music takes place at the Tolhuistuin on Thursday October 20.

Following recent announcements about ADE Beats' first speakers and ADE Dance & Brands first keynote speaker, we now turn our focus to the harder styles of dance music.

HDE Scales up
The harder styles of dance music are on the rise. After the completely sold out sixth edition of Hard Dance Event at the Melkweg, it became obvious that a proper upgrade was necessary. In order to cater to all your needs, we’re moving HDE to a bigger location. On the 20th of October 2016, the event takes place at the Tolhuistuin. Which, in short, means more people can attend the panels and masterclasses and on a more practical note, the venue is easier to reach. On top of that, you can have dinner at the Tolhuistuin and the closing drink will be longer than at previous editions.

About HDE
Eager to stay on top of the latest evolutions and dynamics within the harder styles of electronic dance music? Visit HDE. Each year during HDE professionals from all corners of the industry get together to network, exchange thoughts on current developments and shape opinions on future directions. Alongside that, as always, a broad range of interesting, relevant panels and inspiring master classes await you.

Code Black
Corey Soljan, widely known as Australian hardstyle artist Code Black will be present for a masterclass at Hard Dance Event (HDE). Soljan stands out as a refined producer, with a distinctive sound and is a genuine example for the many new, ambitious upcoming hardstyle talents. During his masterclass session, Corey will be showing and explaining the ins and outs of the trade to young producers, as well as providing them with the right tools to continue their creative journey.

The rest of the program will be announced at a later stage, so keep an eye out for updates.

HDE is a collaboration of ADE, b2s, Buma Cultuur, Lose Your Mind, Platinum Agency, The Wishlist Agency and Q-dance. Tickets (€30,- ) are available here (the event is also accessible for 1- & 5-day ADE conference ticket holders).

The Amsterdam Dance Event takes place from the 19th to 23rd of October, 2016.

The Amsterdam Dance Event is organised by the Stichting Amsterdam Dance Event, an initiative of Buma. ADE Official Partner: KPN
