Goa is famous for its beautiful beaches, nightlife and now Aneesh Gera.From his early beginnings in music Aneesh turned professional at the age of 17, quickly earning a reputation for pushing the envelope at his DJ gigs and bringing underground music to the top of his playlists.
After working with every major club in India’s party capital, Aneesh began to tour the country developing a large fan base. Adding many accolades to his name such, being named as INDIA’s DJ OF THE WEEK / working alongside Grammy award winning superstar ASHANTI and being invited by the legendary MINISTRY OF SOUND to do a guest mix and interview for MINISTRY OF SOUND RADIO / GLOBAL UNDERGROUND RADIO.
As the demand for Aneesh’s sound is constantly on the rise, major events came calling such as the AFTAPARTY for the last SWEDISH HOUSE MAFFIA CONCERT in the UK this July (2012), several residencies in the UK with established brands such as THE SECRET PARTY PROJECT / WEEKENED MILLIONARIES / STATE LONDON etc. Being a permanent fixture with all things big in India, be it the Asia’s largest festival, SUNBURN ( Pre / Post events ) to Bacardi’s massive concerts. After DJing in several countries across the globe, the young veteran has clocked up an impressive list of events around the world and tours regularly within Europe and Asia. With back to back releases hitting the WORLD TOP 100 CHARTS. Aneesh is earning of reputation of being a world class chart topping producer. His remix for CARL KENNEDY’s 2012 summer hit ONCE UPON A TIME peaked at no2 on the WORLD TOP 100 PROGRESSIVE HOUSE CHART on Traxsource.com which is signed to ERICK MORILLO’s SUBLIMINAL RECORDS. His latest original track HOUSE IS MORE THAN JUST A FEELING signed to Sonny Wharton’s WHARTONE RECORDS peaked at no23 on trackitdown.com’s WORLD TOP 100 DEEP HOUSE CHART. With several more record deals and releases scheduled for 2012 and 2013 already.
