With the release of his debut artist album ‘Rise’ on Anjunadeep last summer Lane 8 aka Daniel Goldstein established himself as one of the electronic scene’s most exciting talents, warranting a stream of support from international tastemakers including Pete Tong, Jason Bentley and Annie Mac along with glowing coverage from The New York Times, Mixmag and The Fader.
Lane 8 follows with a collection of high calibre remixes from a host of talented producers, along with new mixes from Anjunadeep stalwart Jody Wisternoff, emerging British talent Theo Kottis, as well as his own rework of album opener ‘Loving You’.
Lane 8’s rework of 'Loving You’ twists the vocal finesse of Lulu James into a brooding tech-house roller that explores the darker side of Goldstein’s production; an undeniable dance floor weapon. Fresh off the heels of his Anjunadeep debut ‘Into The Wild’, Theo Kottis takes to the stage again with an atmospheric down-tempo remix of melodic gem ‘Klara’.
Jody Wisternoff offers a hallmark uplifting remix of vocal track ‘Sunlight’. Wisternoff layers a punchy bassline groove with mellow synths beneath the summery topline. Further remixes come from some of the scenes most in demand names, including Audion (aka Matthew Dear), Moon Boots, Kiwi, Yotto and Bwana.
