Dimitri Kechagias review: Outburst records unleashes monster tunes and the next release is truly powerful. It comes from the unstoppable Scottish producer Stephen Kirkwood who unleashes two magnificent tech trancers for the big rooms and full on trance festivals. Liberator & Icebreaker will do the damage for sure. Liberator is an excellent driving moody tech trancer with fat booming basslines, thunderous drums and very easy to digest synthy riff that works exactly because of its profound simply notes. The breakdown is the moment that this fierce riff comes to the front and excites the crowds from start to finish. The climax is full on techno affair focused on the raw basslines while that memorable synthy riff returns for the final little breakdown and the outro section too. Ice Breaker is a totally different monster as Stephen delivers old school infused drums and basslines with early 90's colourful breakdown with great atmosphere and massive hands in the air synths along with heavenly vocal samples. Epic to the maximum and without compromises of course. His climax takes the melodic uplifting theme and works around with it for an euphoric smasher of the highest calibre with that old school touch. #PureGold 10/10 Love it
