Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the names in house music that you can trust is of course Federico Scavo who always manage to create big anthems for clubs and festival grounds. The latest release on D:Vision records is the stunning Live Your Life featuring one of the most beloved voices in house, the one and only Barbara Tucker. The very gifted singer delivers one of her most powerful performances that encourage people to live their life and find their inner freedom and not their life go. The original mix is a tribal techy house record with classic melodic percussions, driving energetic basslines and melodramatic sounds that highlight Barbara's voice that will stay in your head many days after listening it in your favourite radio show. Great rhythm, irresistible groove and high class production values make this record an instant hit. Alex Finkin delivers two different remixes. His main remix uses the piano hooks and hand claps for a classic feel good house anthem while the foundation is playful punchy groove and bassline that makes it happen straight away. His Gospel Dub remix is a much more club friendly version with superb energy that vibrates all over the place and makes everybody happy with big smile in their faces. Federico is doing his own remix and he does what he knows best by going deeper underground with thumping deep tough basslines, pounding grooves, xylophone melodies and just the application of the Live Your Life vocal hook plus more exclusive vocal out-takes.
