Dimitri Kechagias review: In Trance We Trust is one of the hottest trance labels with tracks that stand out and become classics in the trance scene. The latest release comes from the hands of the amazing and extremely talented Johan Ekman featuring the inspirational vocals by Michele C. The track is called Be Your Home and you can imagine from the title that something really emotional is hidden on it. However the beginning is quite rough and uncompromising with tough metallic driving aggressive basslines, pumping pounding drums and sharp kicks with great sub bass. Suddenly after a short breakdown emotional melodies are introduced that become the soundbed for Michele C to sing the very sensitive and highly inspiring vocals. The beat strikes back and we move towards the long and emotional breakdown where Michele sings the amazing story in a such an expressive way supported by variety of synthy plucks and heavy beats. It's very hard not to get captured from the brilliant atmosphere and the imaginative sound design that Johan service so well. What it follows is the full on hands in the air uplifting climax that is right and exact as you wanted with epic strings, feel good colourful synths and the rough and raw foundation. Despite the belief that vocal trance tracks tend to be very fluffy and sugary Johan manage to keep this track firmly on the underground. 100% Trance Anthem Love It
