Above and Beyond after so many years they are still connected with their community and are able to push the right button in our hearts. The first single from their forthcoming album shows a tendency of them to move in new territories but by being strongly rooted on their emotional roots. We're All We Need is a wonderful epic smasher that slowly grows on you without being the instant winner and that makes it even more magical for me. At the beginning when you listen to it you are a bit sceptical but after letting yourself to drift into it you can feel its great strengths. Chunky housey grooves, pulsating basslines and of course very deep emotional strings, heartfelt piano chords and the beloved singer Zoë Johnston shinning with her bitter sweet performance by being at the forefront of this emotional adventure. The full on euphoric synthy stabs are present as well to uplift your spirit and get the big crowd in the festivals jumping and smiling around.
