REVIEW: Bissen - Quantum incl 2 Future Disciple remixes on Pure Trance recordings

Release #8 on the Pure Trance label is an offering from New York’s Georg Bissen, with two explosive remixes from Australia’s Future Disciple. The Original Mix of ‘Quantum’ fuses pin-sharp synth riffs with mammoth production and an exhilarating arrangement full of wicked twists & turns. Future Disciple delivers two versions of his remix; V1 is a percussively crunchy and reverb heavy slab of 128bpm main room heads-down trance, and in his V2 the man includes a glossy power-trance synth arpeggio riff which should put a smile on the faces of anyone with Gatecrasher in their blood.

Future Disciple who is heavily supported by Solarstone in his radio shows, gigs and record labels service two different remixes to touch different trance lovers. First remix is an excellent progressive trance energizer with chunky groove, pulsating pumping basslines, exotic vocals and great application of the original melody. His remix is deep, hypnotic, mysterious and haunting as well. Long emotional breakdown that builds anticipation and tease the listener with heavenly voices and feel good themes. The climax is euphoric hands in the air with the main synthy theme running on top with psy trance influences echoing in the background as well. Mix 2 is exactly the same as the first mix with main difference the massive colourful euphoric synthy lead that is highlighted even more in order to target those who adore great melodies and are taken away from them.
