A truly brilliant four track EP that sums up the essence of what we believe is Trance music from a producer to watch out for in 2014. This is already getting heavy support from many of the big players in clubs, festival and radio play.

Dimitri Kechagias review: JOOF is one of those labels that you can trust for the pure undergound trance sound. Subtara from Norway never fails to impress with his releases and his latest Waves Of Sound EP brings together 4 brand new creations of this super talented producer. Solar Explorations Into Deep Space is an epic 130 BPM progressive smasher with tough solid groove, deep rolling bassline, haunting dark spacey atmosphere, great synthy melodies and cool vocal samples. His breakdown includes trip hop sequence combined with melodramatic industrial synthy leads that drive the track to its climax for the ultimate moment of this very mysterious journey. Accessing memories continues on the same 130 BPM tempo with tough pounding grooves, throbbing deep driving basslines and excellent synthy work with dark Gothic style themes with certain Sci-Fi film scores influences. The breakdown brings to the surface the massive hands in the air epic synthy that supports the track to move forward and reach its destination. It makes you feel like flying in a spaceship and travelling through galaxies and planets. Star Traveller is 128 BPM progressive trancer with acid overtones, prog house style grooves and deep driving basslines. It includes relaxing break beat style sequence in the breakdown that leads the track to its climax that remains dark and moody with some rays of hope in the climax. Waves Of Sound is 10 minutes, 128 BPM progressive trancer that will impress your ears and excite your senses. Tribal drum beats, deep pounding basslines and wide variety of synthy layers merged with female spoken vocal samples that invite us to listen the Waves Of Sound. His breakdown sounds much more aggressive with break beats and dub step influences. The spacey synthy lead appears and lead the track to its dominating dancefloor smashing climax. Overall all 4 tracks are high class particularly for those who search for eclectic progressive trance tracks with great atmosphere and classy synthy melodies. #PureGold Love iT
