Alex Ender makes his debut on Fraction Records main imprint with an absolutely fantastic, double A-sided slice of roof raising trance entitled ‘Arctica / Chasing The Dream’!
Arctica opens the release in fine style. Groove filled percussion and floor throbbing bass lines drive the crowd superbly, whilst the mood filled piano breakdowns and white hot melodic hooks deliver maximum impact on those peak time floors!
On the flip, Chasing The Dream continues to impress with further energy and harmonic power. Razor sharp bass lines, heavyweight leads and super sized atmospherics at the forefront, this one is not to be missed!
A huge debut from Alex Ender!
Dimitri Kechagias review: The awesome Fraction records strikes back with the debut on the label from the upcoming and quickly rising to the top Russian producer Alex Ender with the tracks Arctica / Chasing The Dream. Both tracks included are hybrids of progressive house, electro and of course big room trance. Two tracks tailor made to satisfy clubs and open air festivals. If you feel openminded to styles and new fresh ideas this EP will widen your music Horizons for sure. Arctica starts quite techy and groovy but very soon euphoric melodic layers are added until the track gets more body and size. The breakdown is really atmospheric with luscious melodies, melodramatic piano chords followed by understated airy synthy melody that slowly raises the tension until the huge burst of energy that comes in the drop with rave style distorted synthy leads upon the groovy chunky foundation. Short breakdown and the final sequence is full on uplifting trance to blow the speakers and raise the roofs. Chasing The Dream moves on the same direction of eclectic mixture of genres in order to come up with this punchy rough and rocking progressive smasher. Particularly the breakdown is really sweet and mesmerising with calm and dreamy piano melody followed by the huge siren like synthy riff that drives the track to the short full on uplifting trance section followed by short breakdown and then the madness continues with the playful groovy chunky beats and basslines while the euphoric synths are in full effect. Absolutely powerstorming. Love iT
