Having already featured on Infrasonic, Blue Soho and Trance All-Stars - this has been one busy year for Polish producer Mike Van Fabio who helps round off 2013 with Extrema Global and 'Complicity'.
'Complicity' is an fierce exploration of Euphoric Trance with one of the catchiest riffs we've heard for some time. Berlin-based DJ Dave Cold, recently working himself with label boss Manuel Le Saux, provides here a longer cut with his remix, adding a frankly unmissable buildup to the track that cannot be missed.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Extrema Global Music is Manuel Le Saux record label and as it seems was such an excellent idea to establish his own label cause his big experience in the trance scene guarantees that he makes the right choices and this release is a proof of that. Mike Van Fabio is the new name that manage to build up his reputation thanks to the quality stream of fantastic releases so far. Complicity is a magnificent euphoric trancer in its purest and most classic arrangement. It follows the rules, codes and conventions of amazing feel good trance with brilliant euphoric synthy leads and solid foundation of tight tough beats and energetic powerbanging basslines. Its a thunderous club track that you know that the crowd in a club or radio show will notice straight away. Dave Cold is on remix duties and he follows the high quality of the original. He goes for the German Teutonic hard kick, the heavy thunderous basslines and heavy acid overtones on top. It reminds me the high quality hard trance of the past that we got from unforgettable German trance labels. Hard trance at its most effective that will keep clubbers with hands in the air and BIG smile on their faces. The breakdown is characterised from the emotional piano melody and incredible way that it builds nicely the proceedings towards the euphoric climax that is going to move even mountains and skyscrapers without doubts. This Is What I Call Trance, Love iT
