REVIEW: KhoMha - Cyclone & Dimensional out on Soundpiercing / Armada

1.Cyclone (Original Mix)
2.Dimensional (Original Mix)

Big. Bigger. KhoMha. There’s no way around the tunes of young Colombian talent KhoMha. The tunes of ‘Cyclone’ and ‘Dimensional’ are no different – these two are in the face. And we guarantee you – you’ll love it.

It’s been one hell of ride for Colombia’s pride in electronic music. KhoMha made a quick rise, standing out with his endlessly deep, driving basslines.

You’ll find them, once more, on the beasts that are ‘Cyclone’ and ‘Dimensional’. Two goodies for peak- time service.

Dimitri Kechagias review:  Soundpiercing is one of the most important record labels at Armada Music that its music menu is very open minded with releases ranging from progressive house to melodic progressive trance and beyond. The very talented DJ & producer KhoMha presents two magnificent tracks that include influences from house and electro but they can be easily labeled as deep progressive trance. On Cyclone the beats are chunky, the basslines are deep and driving and the breakdown is magical with huge opera style female vocal that is followed by massive addictive electro infused synthy hook. The climax is full on and perfect for those peak time prog trance moments. The 2nd top notch track Dimensional continues on the same path of deep progressive trance that is not afraid to include infusions from other genres, The quality of the production is the finest you can get with tribalish groovy beats, electro housey basslines and great synthy hooks to keep you glued and addicted to it until the very end. The breakdown is characterised from its melancholic piano chords taken maybe from an old vinyl. Huge synthy riffs are unleashed to create waves of euphoria performing a quite dark and very sinister melodic theme that sounds quite epic and euphoric in the massive rough and tough climax. Two massive bangers that keep your eyes focused on Armada Music & KhoMha. Love IT
