1. Full Anger (Original Mix)
2. Turning Point (Original Mix)
Re*Brand hits full throttle on trance, having snatched up another rising talent in the game we call music. Gergely Szathmáry makes name as Meridian, by hitting in with ‘Full Anger’ and Turning Point’.
Thing may have only just started for Hungarian producer Meridian, but there’s most certainly a bigger plan awaiting this talent. 2013 might just be his big year. Following the success of his ‘Exit’ E.P., is a remarkable new duo release.
Given a warm welcome on Re*Brand, are the rough-edged, deep sounds of ‘Full Anger’ and warm melodics of ‘Turning Point’. Keep an eye on this one.
Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the finest trance producers from Hungary has its first release on Max Graham's globally known record label Re*Brand. The EP includes the magnificent melodic progressive trance beauties Full Anger and Turning Point. With exquisite releases on top labels like Infrasonic recordings Meridian presents two must play proglifting hymns perfect for the summer period that demands feel good melodies and travelling compositions. Full Anger is a powerful progressive trance smasher with energetic basslines, techy chunky beats and wide variety of luscious melodies. The main synthy lead is super strong and is will drive forward any big room trance set. With influences coming from Laurent Veronezz and his various projects is definitely a nice example of ecological progressive trance. Turning Point is the second awesome production and it will definitely leave you breathless asking for more. Progressive trance drums and driving hi-nrg basslines combined with dreamy synths and warm strings composing a track that sounds like a painting rather than music. The breakdown has as a highlight point the romantic melancholic piano melody while its builds intensively to lead the proceedings to the final destination in a very climatic and highly euphoric way. When you hear tracks like this one images of mother earth coming to your mind and make you feel in love with nature even more. Music is the language of Nature, Highly recommended. Love iT
