Motif is the music production project of Aaron Taylor and Thomas Lemmer. As individual artists they are both extremely successful in their careers thus far, featuring on over 200 compilations between them. Their first ever production "Give It Away" appeared on the world famous Café Del Mar label for their landmark "30 Years of Music" compilation. Aaron Taylor began his journey into the music world by promoting and DJ’ing at dance events back in 1999. In 2010 he started the Motif project with Thomas Lemmer from Germany. To date, you can find Aaron’s work on over 30 compilations, including three Café Del Mar albums and Buddha Bar. Thomas Lemmer has been writing and producing music for many years. In 2009, he released his first solo album "Chillout Lounge". As Motif, the two producers also made name with the singles "Never Let Go" and "Strong" that were both released on Solarstone's Touchstone imprint; they also featured with "The Sign" on Pedro del Mar's "Playa Del Lounge, Vol.3" chillout compilation.

Naemi Joy’s musical career started with the violin at the age of six, where she went on to play in several orchestras throughout her school life. When she was 12 years old, she watched “Sister Act 2” and immediately became infected by singing. Fast forward a few years later, and now with a professional vocal education in tact, she went on to sing in several choirs, from San Diego, Lübeck and Sydney. Today, Naemi studies pop-vocals with one of Germanys eminently respected music universities, the “Institut für Musik” IfM in Osnabrück.

“One More Time” is a trademark Motif journey of smooth and touching chillout music. Handing the downtempo DJs a superb original and chillout version of their own track, the boys do not forget the dance floor and asked Walsh & McAuley and Danny Stubbs for the remixes. Definitely a hit to play one more time anyway, “One More Time” is perfect to unwind to at the end of the day, or to dance to late at night.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Motif return on Songbird/Black Hole with Naemi Joy on vocal duties with  their magnificent production One More Time. The original mix is a beautiful lounge track with pop touch. Superb blissful melodies and Naemi voice are the focus on this perfect version to play at the end of your set or as part of a magical Ibiza terrace chill out set.  Lets hope some radio programmers will be really clever to choose this superb version for their daily radio schedule cause its really a high class production. The Irish duo Walsh & McAuley are first to offer their vision and they do once again their best to impress with their full on euphoric hands in the air uplifting trance version. With progressive influences and delicate synthy melodies that stay in your head for long the hot duo provide their powerful energising and highly addictive version. Underground trance at its finest with the right ingredients to crossover to wider audiences. Richard Durand has included on the latest ISOS vol.11 compilation the dub version of this must have trance smasher. The upcoming and quickly rising to the top Danny Stubbs translates the original into a  deep driving progressive trancer with certain house infusions as well. Playful composition with chunky beats, electro influenced basslines and warm blanket of sweet melodies and harmonies to elevate the high quality production one step higher. If you search for a liquid totally relaxed version the package includes the magnificent chill out remix. Superb production that is supported by class A remixes. Love IT!
