REVIEW: Giuseppe Ottaviani - Cold Flame out on Black Hole recordings

1. Extended Mix
2. Radio Edit

‘Cold Flame’ sucks you into its thrall through fast running percussion lines and rhythmatic drums, counterbalanced by its elegant string and piano section. Turning the heat up further, the track aggressively pumps the warp & distort pedals, flash-frying it over the 303’s burn. Finally it lets rip with its strikingly crafted, classically vibrant trance lead riff. The Flame may be Cold, but this track is sub-Saharan hot!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Magenta is the absolute must have most precious item for any trance lover worldwide and Giuseppe presents the extended mix of another superb cut taken from his great album. Cold Flame is about to get its extended release and you can not afford not to have it as part of your digital collection. Cold Flame combines elements of big room tech trance with euphoric melodic themes that Giuseppe knows so well to compose. Acid overtones, dark techy basslines, chunky groovy beats and breakdown to die for. The distorted electro infused rave style synthy melody is so hair raising and mouthwatering that will be hard not to start shouting excited and start jumping absolutely mad about it. It comes like a real sound storm that will take you on board even if you try to avoid it with earplugs. Cold Flame is another state of the art underground trancer that will keep happy both the purists and the neo trance camps. Just watch out cause it can burn you. Love IT!
