Dimitri Kechagias review: The uber talented and unstoppable Tangle from USA is back as a solo artist with his two great tracks that serve different moments of your dj set. Obsidian is a marvellous big room progressive trancer with great groovy basslines, pumping beats and very strong mesmerising melodic themes in the breakdown that slowly lead us on the huge epic synths that will blow your mind for sure. When the beat strikes back it bangs you hard along with those great synthys giving you goosebumps and endless sonic pleasures. Frequency on the other side is a techy chunky uncompromising track that sounds like a nice tool to use within your dj set. Of course it includes lovely melodic layers as well and the amount of energy you need in the first hour of your trance set. Packed with surprises and twists and turns to keep the ride interesting.
