Dutch producer Rick Mitchells only handles one speed, and that’s full throttle. Road-tested and approved by W&W, putting a spell on the global audiences, is his new tune ‘Jinxed’.
He’s caught the right groove, stretching the curve of a promising career. Following the addictive ‘SubZero’, ‘Nasty’ and debut collab ‘Raptor’, young talent Rick Mitchells serves ‘Jinxed’. A festival beast that embraces day time madness as well as dark hour club adventures.
An inflammable, melodic hook, right set of kicks and many playful elements combined, make up for another tasty bite of the Mainstage label.
Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the new labels that had the biggest impact in the EDM scene is definitely W&W record label Mainstage Music. The hot duo with massive anthems like Lift Off and Thunder under their belt choose for their label always club bangers that will have a sure impact on any Mainstage performance. The latest release comes from Rick Mitchells who delivers the superb hands in the air anthem Jinxed. Its super clever playful to the core composition packed with heavy infusions from electro house, dirty dutch and of course hard dance as well. The beats are literally pumping and banging with in your face raw and maddening basslines. The track is packed with energetic sounds and euphoric synths in the breakdown to keep the mainstage visitors entertained with sweat all over their body and big wide smile on their faces. Don't try to categorise it and find where it belongs cause Mainstage music is a music genre on its own that is extremely successful at the moment as its sound is really versatile perfect for prog house, electro house, big room trance sets. Its party and have pure and unadulterated fun music that younger audiences all over the globe seems to favour at the moment. So better drop it and observe the audience go JINXED! Love iT!
