Dimitri Kechagias review: The best Global Dance Record Label Armada Music presents for the fans of high quality trance music the massive vol.5 of the well received compilation Fresh Tracks & Remixes, The Elite Selection. 5 extra large anthems to bring mayhem in your future dj sets with the quality signature of Armada Music that you can TRUST. First of all is the superb Russian team of Abstract Vision & Elite Electronic who deliver their latest production Conqueror and as you can imagine from the title is a straight to the point uplifting trancer that is destined to conquer the dancefloors worldwide. While their most productions are moving on the progressive/proglifting trance territory they show us that they can produce effective uplifting trancers with capital T. The incredible and super busy James Dymond unleashes his remix on  Faruk Sabanci 's anthem Break It Down and he does what he knows best. He transforms the original into his own tough and banging uncompromising underground UK trance style with acid overtones and  incredible breakdown with heavenly voices and big epic synths that lead to his manic for dancefloor panic climax. The stunning Aimoon is on board as well with his excellent Aventador. Forward thinking neo trancer with electro grungy basslines, chunky crunchy and super tasty beats, choped vocal samples and ethereal melodies along with warm strings and romantic piano to break your heart. An interesting puzzle of sound layers that have as a result a beautiful proglifting trancer that will raise Aimoon profile a little bit higher. Second James Dymond production on board is his anthem Millennium. James is definitely on the role and on this track he moves on the more proglifting trance direction with excellent Middle East influences  in it with ethnic style melodies and vocals in his dreamy inspirational cinematic long and teasing breakdown that reveals a massive distorted rave style synthy riff that leads the track to his full on hands in the air climax. Last but not least the upcoming and quickly rising Gelardi give us a hint of what we should expect from him on Deira. Its top tune with mixture of techy bouncy cold mechanical beats, groovy electro tingled basslines, chopped vocal samples and ethereal melodies. The progression of the various elements are well done in order to prepare the clubbers for the burst of clean and clear energy that comes to its climax. 5 jewels that represent the main colours of trance at the moment. Love iT!
