This is the 18th release on the world's very first - and only - social network record label. Solarstone is the only artist to have a label run and supported by a committee who choose all music and art for each release.
Something very different here, three atmospheric melodic piano-led downtempo tracks for after-hours chill mode from Swarmer Aaron Gray. The most club friendly cut here is Avatar One's atmospheric slow-mo dubstep rework, which fuses warm subby tones and meandering layers of evocative melodies. Sublime.
Dimitri Kechagias review: The world's first and only social network record Solarswarm label after 17 releases with mainly trance sound moves towards the chill out/lounge territory for 2 great originals by Aaron Gray. When you come back home after a heavy work out in your favourite clubfloor you need music to relax you a bit and drink your warming cup of tea to cool you down and get prepared for the next party you must go. Both So I Did and A Distinct Disconnect follow that mellow breaks style with ambient soundscapes and cool piano melodies too. Very well produced cinematic atmosphere that tells you a story through its incredible imaginativite inspiring sounddesign. Great material to prepare your bags for Ibiza holidays I guess so If you compile Cafe Del Mar style compilations both tracks are must include in them. Avatar One remix is pure electronica bliss too with great dubstep sounds that become agressive on some moments but on some others manage to carry away in their dreamworld for sure. Pieces of Futuristic Modern Sonic Artforms. Love iT!
