REVIEW: Fred Baker - Turn Up The Bass out on Magik Muzik

1. Original Mix
2. Radio Edit

Fred Baker presents his new single “Turn Up The Bass” on the Magik Muzik imprint.

It all started for Fred baker in a big way when he produced the 1996 Ibiza classic trance anthem “Mystery Land” as Y-Traxx and then produced the legendary 1997 club anthem "Eisbaer" as Groovezone on Positiva Records. In the same year Fred Baker produced the huge trance monster "Dream Mission” as Global Trance Mission, with massive support from Judge Jules, Graham Gold, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Tiësto, M.I.K.E. and Ferry Corsten. In 2005 Fred remixed Tiësto's "Adagio For Strings", later on followed with the Sensation anthem "Forever Friends". Fred owns his own record label Baker Street Records and still releases his output on imprints like Perfecto, Spinnin', Nebula and of course on Black Hole and its sub labels. This time Fred appears on the Magik Muzik imprint with "Turn Up The Bass".

Fred Baker's new approach of the "Turn Up The Bass" classic is a true big room bomb. With plenty of hard tech elements and a massively pumping synth line, Fred Baker has given "Turn Up The Bass" the future classic stamp. Absolute smash for the rough edged big room DJs!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Fred Baker is one of the hottest Belgian EDM producers with many club classics in his extensive back catalogue. Now the top producer is back with the massive single Turn Up The Bass. This time he abandons his trance productions and he moves towards the big epic prog house sound with electro house influences. The result is an extra  powerful track that will blow many speakers so when this will be played better be ready to witness the unexpected happening in front of your own eyes. Its big club track that has the tough rough bouncy beats, the hard and heavy basslines and of course feel good euphoric synths in the breakdown. In his climax he moves to a very pumping and jumping sequence that will recall hard dance or even some hard core sounds from the past. It will do great on big room clubs and festivals. Hit record guaranteed. Fred Baker is back and we hope to carry on banging us hard with his tunes!  Love iT!
