UK based DJ and producer Ed Lee hits the Eyepatch stable again with another fine cut of quality house beats in the "Creation EP".
"Stars" is up first, a real cool and steady paced deep tech joint, crisp percs are contrasted with a deep bass and a hypnotic simple synth warms this track up throughout. On the break a heavily filtered vocal adds a new layer to the sound before heading straight back into this smooth groove.
Next up is "Love" which is a superb laidback funky house vibe, stand out percussions in a wonderful arrangement overlay a funky guitar and piano combi. Watch out for a truly iconic vocal sample that is so infectious you will not be able to sit still.
"Space" delivers more of the quality arrangements we have come to recognise from Ed. Again we get a laidback vibe with subtle notes and some cool muted FX, another retro vocal will keep the ear trained on this for sure.
"Moon" rounds up this EP with a relaxed ambient vibe, myriad of sweet melodies sweep by and you are easily lost in the sound, top stuff.

Ed Lee introduce us to his galaxy of sounds. Stars is the beautiful hypnotic mesmerising balearic summer time anthem with guitar riffs and relaxing sweet melodies coming and going. Love utilise a much more tougher tech house beat that is bouncy and chunky with cool jazzy guitar riffs and female vocals on top. Sexy indeed. Space: Deep travelling and head nodding breaks style track with that late night jazzy moodiness. It includes well known classic female vocal sample. Lastly Moon is the perfect outro for this EP. Chill Out music to smooth, inspire and heal the pain that is hidden deep inside. Love iT!
