REVIEW: Paris & Simo - Avon out on Harem / Sirup records

1-Avon(Original mix)

Beatport EXCLUSIVE release: February 2nd 2013

Canadian producer duo 'Paris & Simo' return back to Harem Records with another Bigroom Progressive House track called 'Avon'.

The fresh and upcoming duo from Montreal, Canada was formed in 2010 and has quickly earned support from the biggest DJs in the industry including Tiësto, Bob Sinclair, Hardwell, Max Vangeli, Sultan + Ned Shepard and many others.

Their massive productions have earned them a reputation for excellence in the studio as they continue to release hit after hit. Hardwell was quick to sign their original track “Monk” to Revealed Recordings at the end of 2011, and Tiesto shortly after followed his lead by choosing their remix of his single “Work Hard Play Hard” to be an official release on Musical Freedom. They rounded out 2011 with “Aura”, a collaboration with Mark Mendes that reached #13 on the Beatport progressive house charts via his label Starter Records and then came back for their second release with Starter in 2012 called “Aztec” followed by their first release on Harem Records in autumn 2012 that included a massive edit by label owners 'Sultan + Ned Shepard.

This new release will be another milestone in the young career of the Canadian duo with Greek routes.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The upcoming and quickly rising at the top Paris & Simo deliver on Harem records their newest creation AVON.  You can not expect nothing less than an anthem in the making. Powerful full on banging and shaking beats, vavooming basslines to add extra energy and roughness on the dancefloor and the great melody in the breakdown that actually is quite cinematic and sounds very anthemic and epic in the climax. Its simply impossible to stand still when you will drop it on the dancefloor. Who can resist the opportunity to let himself or herself go wild on the dancefloor without thinking what his friends or relatives will tell? Very  effective with immediate impact on the dancefloor and very tight production to keep the clubbers occupied wondering what is coming next. At the end of this track you will feel that its important to enjoy every second of this life to its fullest. AVON is a major club anthem.  Love IT!
