A fine label debut from American talent Shawn Mitiska, and a long overdue return to Enhanced Progressive for Hannah Ray in the form of 'Salt'.
Part of the legendary group Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren, Shawn's known for his ability to present vocals with beauty and class, and 'Salt' is definitely both of those.
Hannah's gorgeous delivery is perfectly matched to the delicate instrumental, with Shawn's first class production shining through to make this a truly stunning record

Dimitri Kechagias review: Enhanced Progressive delivers another really mesmerising slice of after summer progressive trancer that will leave a salty taste in your mouth for sure. The fantastic producer Shawn Mitiska collaborates with the awesome Hannah Ray for a high class progressive trancer that is blissful, summery, sunshing and salty too. The original vocal mix is an emotional journey with bubbly beats, deep basslines and warm strings that create the illusion that you dance on a cool beach bar with your favourite drink in your hand flirting the person that attracts your attention. Its the kind of trance that you can play in the first hour of your trance set to break the ice with your audience and start building a nice relationship with them cause dj set is like a dialogue between two lovers, never forget about it. Of course its the type of trance that you can listen at home after a heavy day in the office and relax you without creating any anxiety or excessive feelings. The dub mix is very helpful for those who like to let the music do the talking and allow the clubbers to put their own common & simple stories upon the relaxing and really therapeutic beats. For a strange reason this great trance track sounds like a healing session of acupuncture to me. Love iT!
