REVIEW: Matt Hardwick - Supernal feat Melinda Gareh on Kill The Lights

1-Reworked Original
2-Luke Terry remix
3-Gary Maguire remix
4-Instrumental mix

The track that launched Kill The Lights back in 2008 gets a well deserved re release bringing it bang up to date whilst still retaining it's timeless "classic" feel.

The Original Mix has been stripped back to the original studio project, re-engineered and remastered by one of the UK's best mastering engineers, (Shane "The Cutter") at Vinyl Tweak, with outstanding results.

Unearthed Records main man Luke Terry delivers a superb remix putting his own distinctive slant on the track but still retaining the character of the original.

Also included in the release is Gary Maguire's "Last Man Standing" Remix and the original instrumental.

Dimitri Kechagias review:   Kills the lights take us back in time and re-releases one of its finest vocal trancers by the hands of Matt Hardwick featuring the sensitive and sweet voice of Melinda Gareh. Supernal is one of those tracks that you don't forget  easily and for that reason comes back as a solid trance classic.  Reworked original is  a refreshed version of the original that is a beautiful progressive trancer with electro and tech influences in place as well. Of course the stand out point is the unforgettable very original melodic theme and the great vocals by Melinda that combined together perfectly to create a magical moment in the breakdown just before the outburst of energy in the main part. The stunning producer Luke Terry remixes the original into his own very solid uplifting trance sound that is absolutely gorgeous and blissful as we love our trance music to be. Floating, flowing, energetic and so melodic and emotional. It awakes our sleeping senses in just seconds.  Last but not least Gary Maguire service a tougher full on tech trance remix without the vocal and just the recognisable original melodic theme in the breakdown. It deserves to come back once again. Love IT!
