Kirsty has had one massive roller-coaster of a high in 2011 and 2012 with the massive singles "Set Your Body Free", "Green" and the recent euphoric smash "Twilight" all becoming massive anthems in the UK Club Charts. "Twilight" remixed by Armin van Buuren was released on Armin's label Armada Records and topped the Top 20 of the Beatport Progressive House Chart, so it was no surprise that Kirsty requested Armin van Buuren to co-write and produce her new single "Free Of War" to be released later this summer on KB Recordings.

"Free Of War" is yet another anthemic hands-in-the-air classic, big riffs and haunting chords and dreamy beats fused with the luscious vocals of Kirsty to perfection, it simple has radio hit stamped all over it. The package KB Recordings have pulled together is absolutely brilliant with new rising star Danny Howard (BBC Radio 1 Dance Anthems) delivering a mix aimed directly at this years festival floors, it has a massive stadium bigroom sound and will instantly grab you from the word go. The Wideboys (Kiss 100) and no strangers to remixing some of the biggest artists in the industry including Example, Alexandra Burke, Labrinth, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Cascada, Sugarbabes, Eric Prydz, Taio Cruze, Snoop Dog, The Saturdays and Inna to name a few. Here they deliver yet another peak time remix with a quirky mid-section. Loverush UK who are fast becoming hot favourites on the EDM circuit with Number One Club Chart hits under their belts such as "Tonight In Babylon" with Bryan Adams, 2011 Number One Record Of The Year (Music Week) "Yeke Yeke 2011" with Mory Kante and co-produced Oakenfold Featuring Matt Goss "Firefly" single, go back to there trance roots and deliver a classy anthem to complete this massive package.

"Free Of War" is set for big things this summer and with a video forthcoming this is only just the beginning or more great things to come from the sensational Kirsty.

Dimitri Kechagias review: It's so nice to see the lovely Kirsty back with her brand new club anthem. After the massive Twilight its time for her new single Free of War co-written & produced By Armin van Buuren. Its called Free of war and is another anthem for all those can still feel love inside their hearts. The original mix is a beautiful Balearic progressive trance track with pop sensibilities. Melodic and blissful is one of those  tracks that put a wide  smile in  your face straight away. Its pure quality from start to finish of course. Danny Howard is on board with his epic progressive house sound. He transforms the original into a prime time weapon to bang non stop your dancefloor. Wideboys are on great shape delivering remixes for the biggest stars in the business. Their remix is pure big room madness. Uplifting synths, rocking beats and dirty dutch touches as well along with those sensitive vocals by Kirsty that calm everything down before the tough action. Loverush UK  always stand out with their remixes and their remix on Kirsty is once again a hit guaranteed. Progressive melodic dreamy trance at its best with some interesting progressive house touches as well. Balearic summery sounds to dream and trance away in the finest way. Last but not least  Igor Blaska & Max Robbers deliver the Swedish epic prog house version with banging beats, great airy piano lines and huge bombastic synths. On the extensive package you can find great dub and radio mixes as well. A small suggestion: UK must send to Eurovision song contest Kirsty next time and she will be the winner. Its not fair for the country that exports so much music to have so poor results. Kirsty will make the difference.  Love IT!
