REVIEW: Jess & Miss - Twenty 4 Seven out on Wildlife/Black Hole recordings

1. Original
2. Mr. Warning Loves The 80’s Remix
3. Ilker Akay Remix

Jess&Miss present their debut release on the Wildlife imprint, entitled "Twenty 4 Seven".

The Amsterdam based female duo Jess&Miss, professionally known as Jessy Freyee and Miss El Niño, has built quite a reputation in the past two years. Mainly focusing on their live sets full of tech house mixed with groovy and funky house, the two now make the logical step to music production. "Twenty 4 Seven" embodies the style the ladies are known for when they're behind the decks; described in their biography as "the sound of two female DJs, who give you twice the energy and bring you the ultimate love for house music, times two."

With "Twenty 4 Seven", Jess&Miss present a funky house track that represents their eagerness to entertain their audience. The instant interaction they have between each other and their audience truly comes forward in the single in a way that will rock the clubs. The remixes by Mr Warning and Ilker Akay are a bit rougher than the original version and are perfectly shaped for the pack tech house live sets!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Wildlife part of Black Hole recordings service the world quality house releases from new artists that slowly attract great attention. Now its time for the lovely duo Jess & Miss to get out and about in the global world with their funky chunky and very groovy and addictive Twenty 4 Seven. With disco influences and cool vocal line in it the dancefloor will love it and the djs will drop it as the good reactions are guaranteed. Simple and effective funky house for the summer beach bars and clubs for sure. Mr Warning remix is a dirty dutch influenced version with wonky distorted kind of synthy riff that runs through it and adds some toughness, roughness and dirty sleezy underground feel to it. If you adore the big room euphoric house sounds then you should go straight to the Ilker Akay Remix. Tribal solid beats, electro house basslines and strong synths in the breakdown will impress any clubber who likes the sounds of Laidback Luke or Hardwell. Great package to satisfy wide variety of club audiences. Hallo World, Welcome Jess & Miss, Love iT!
