REVIEW: The House Rejects feat. Ray Isaac - Hold Me Back out on Black Hole

1. Vocal
2. Instrumental

The House Rejects drop their debut single on the Black Hole imprint, entitled “Hold Me Back”. The vocals are done by Ray Isaac.

The House Rejects is a producers trio that consists of Micah The Violinist, Oliver Schmitz and Axel del Amo. Even though their name might still be slightly unknown to the masses, the quality of their music will most certainly make sure they’ll skyrocket soon. So far The House Rejects released the tracks “Sea To Sun Recordings”, “Pop My Life”, “Music Is A Savior” and “World Keeps Turning”. Now continuing the good work with their brand new release “Hold Me Back”, they add their latest and fifth single to their discography.

“Hold Me Back” is ready for the sunny days of 2012 and features a clubby, slightly tech housey arrangement with the addictive vocal performances of Ray Isaac. Hit single in the making.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Hole brings to the global dancefloors the finest club tracks and the brand new release is not an exception of course. The House Rejects from Spain reveal one of the hottest Ibiza anthems for the summer of 2012. They collaborate with the brilliant vocalist Ray Isaac for the energetic club banger Hold Me Back. If you love the epic uplifting progressive house sound don't search any more cause you just found the massive hit that everybody will talk about it in the coming weeks. It starts with bouncy banging beats, playful little melodies and great basslines recalling AVICII sounds. The track lands on the very emotional breakdown that Ray shines with his youthful and dynamic voice that sings the great meaningful lyrics that any young person will identify with them. It has a great message to carry on fighting for your dreams with hope, courage and never letting others Hold You Back. Big Room synths will raise the hair from your back and will make you even lost the sense of gravity while you pump your body up and down with it. Acid layers adding to the track some toughness and underground feel as well. There is a dub version but in my opinion the vocal is so good that you can not go without it! Summer here we come and nothing will hold us back. Love IT!
