REVIEW: Santerna - Under Protection incl Eximinds remix on InfraProgressive

1-Original Mix
2-Eximinds Remix
3-Tom Lue Remix
4-Dub Mix

A name beginning to make waves such is the quality of his work, Santerna supplies his follow up to I Believe In Life with the super Under Protection.

Staying true to the sound that has been the epicentre of his success so far, the Russian producer drops more large beats this time round, with another intelligent production that delivers on every level.

After two superb remixes for the label last year, Eximinds supply their finest to date. The duo have been on fire of late, and keep the momentum going with a re-work that provides a perfect slant on the deep, original mix with its warm chords and delightful bass-line.

New-comer Tom Lue completes the package with a well executed take that packs a real punch.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Infraprogressive continues to brighten our dancefloors with quality progressive trance releases from the finest producers. The latest one comes from the able hands of Santerna who is supported by the finest trance djs. His latest massive anthem is called Under Protection and can be characterised as an upfront progressive trancer with strong melodic themes perfect for big room/proglifting trance sets. His original mix includes in the breakdown a lovely vocal hook line that sings the title of the track. When the beat returns the track goes full on for an euphoric melodic ride with melancholic overtones. Great atmosphere to warm your senses and travel your mind many miles away without risk as you will be under protection. There is of course the dub version for whose who likes it without the short vocal. The release is supported by two brilliant remixes. The Eximinds remix is already supported by Armin van Buuren amongst others and if you check it out, it is self evident why many trance djs go behind this version. Once again Eximinds excite us with a melodic driving progressive neo trancer for the big rooms with tougher basslines and constant build up with additional melodic layers that create a blissful soundscape that you will love for sure. The vocal is used in the background and the focus point in the breakdown is the various synthy riffs. When the beat comes back the track will carry your soul away for a short but satisfying trip. Last but not least the newcomer Tom Lue reshapes the original into a peak time prog trancer version that the vocal gets the centre stage and creates a heavenly sweet atmosphere.  His breakdown reveals the dreamy piano riff and the sweet soulful vocal hook. His main part flows and floats so beautifully with piano and the airy vocal giving you the sense of eternity that only trance can offer to its listener. Highly recommended! Love iT!
