FEATURE: Glow Washington D.C. Spring 2012 on Black Hole recordings

The 2nd installment of Glow’s seasonal compilation on Black Hole Recordings has arrived. With DC’s gorgeous spring weather in mind, Black Hole has put together 15 tracks to enhance your daytime Cherry Blossom viewing and thump your evening club life.

The compilation features, amongst others, originals from Cosmic Gate, Andain, Betsie Larkin, Savoy, Zoo Brazil, Richard Durand and Robbie Rivera, including remixes from Sultan & Ned Shepard, Mark Simz and Save the Robot. It’s the perfect blend of bouncy trance and bangin’ trouse.

The relationship between Glow and Black Hole extends almost as far back as the brand and label themselves. Washington DC nightlife‘s premiere event has been booking Black Hole artists like Tiësto, George Acosta, Cosmic Gate, Josh Gabriel and Robbie Rivera for nearly a decade, some longer.

In 2003, then Glow Resident DJ Pete Moutso became the first American artist to release on the Dutch label. His “One Night at Glow” compilation featured progressive tech-trance and uplifting techno from the leading lights in dance music.

With 2012 now in full swing, Glow and Black Hole bring you the second of a new mix series inspired by Mother Nature.
