1-Lethal Industry(Sebastien Bruce remix)
Sebastien Bruce started spinning when he was only 12 years old. By the time he reached his 20th birthday he had not only played all the essential clubs in Amsterdam but he was a ‘seen & approved’ deejay in the underground scene also. He won the 3rd price at the Dutch Deejay Championship in 2001 and soon gigs in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain followed.
As a DJ he has played with the likes of Armin van Buuren and David Guetta. Throwing more oil on the fires they leave him behind, he has proved that he masters the art of climaxing. Sebastian Bruce translates his musical mania also into his own dance productions and now remixes one of Tiësto's all time classics "Lethal Industry".
Sebastien honors the original version, but redefines the arrangement, trademark melody line and break all over again. Firmly rooted within the trance dominion but with clubby beat programming and a slightly maximal house style use of synths, "Lethal Industry" just entered the modern dance floors and big rooms!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Some classics never fade away and with Lethal Industry that is exactly the case. Dj Tiesto's seminal classic Lethal Industry that became the anthem for many clubs and festivals worldwide sounds always so fresh and the new producers who touch it add their own characteristic signature sound in order to update it. There are purists out there who will scream and write messages on YouTube about the need to leave the classics alone and never touch them. In my opinion music is like life, needs always to refresh it in order to keep it interesting. Great tracks like Lethal Industry should be offered to young djs and producers who maybe grow up by listening to it in order to make their own creative thing with it. Sebastien Bruce is a brand new name in my books and I'm glad that I'm introduced to his music via this great remix of that eternal classic. His version has definitely a big room epic house feel to it but progressive trance djs can easily also drop it with guaranteed results. Its a straight forward version that stays true to the feeling of the original version and in a way his composition facilitates and highlights that big synthy hook that when you drop it the results will be immediate and fatal for sure. Without surprises its definitely a very good version; Check it and make up your mind. Like IT!
