FLUX FOCUS : Rebecca & Fionna, the latest international starlets coming from Sweden

It used to be Holland that spewed a continuous slew of DJs and producers, but fast forward to 2012 and it’s now Sweden that’s rapidly becoming the playground for the very best in electronic musical talent; Get In have now signed Swedish Grammy Winners Rebecca & Fiona!

The Scandinavian starlets are already mega-stars in their native homeland: Not only are they the current faces of Adidas – appearing as an integral part of the “Adidas All In” campaign (2011) – they’ve also had their very own TV show on SVT (Sweden’s main national TV channel), a double platinum single and won the 2012 Swedish Grammy for Best Dance Act! As well as this, they’ve collaborated with another of Get In’s talents – the massive Kaskade – and are now ready to unleash their might to a hungry global audience at a time when dance music’s biggest stars are screaming out for more female talent.

Kicking off with a whirlwind tour of North America, encompassing 13 dates in just over 4 weeks, the girls will play every major venue including Playhouse in LA and Marquee in Las Vegas. Rebecca & Fiona are also confirmed to play the mainstage at Tomorrowland!

Currently lining up their next single “Dance” (which already shot straight to no. 1 in the Hype Machine charts) for a March release on the mighty Universal Records, 2012 will be the year they ‘dance’ with the world!

Having already reached stratospheric heights with the single, “Jane Doe”, “Dance” is the latest instalment to be plucked from the girls’ hit album “I Love You Man”. Catch a preview of “Dance” below and keep your eyes and ears peeled for more news on the official music video and release date.
