REVIEW: Tritonal - Slave (Tritonal & Ben Gold Club Dub) out on Air Up There

1-Slave (Tritonal & Ben Gold Club Dub)

Armin van Buuren's A State Of Trance - Tune Of The Week!

Tritonal's unstopable rise continued throughout 2011 making it a memorable year for the USA's foremost Trance duo. Releasing one of the albums of the year, and numerous chart topping singles, Tritonal set themselves new hights, and with their first release of 2012 they look to continue that in formidable fashion.

Alongside Ben Gold they've reworked "Slave" (which is taken from their debut album) into pure dance floor dynamite, and has already been crowned Tune Of The Week on Armin's ASOT radio show.

A wonderful start to 2012 from Tritonal!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Tritonal rock the big crowds all over the world and now is the time to reveal another great track from their debut album Piercing The Quiet. This release is quite unsual one as it's not an extended or club version from the original track but rather is a fat new remix produced by Tritonal along with their good friend and very successful at the moment Ben Gold. Their remix of Slave is already Tune of The Week for Armin and I guess soon will sit comfortable within the beatport top 10 too. Its definitely a huge club banger as it combines elements of progressive trance, electro trance, uplifting and tech trance in just one really explosive package. It starts fat and bouncy as you expect until to stop for the 1st short break that some good dose of the main theme is revealed but when the beat comes back carry on the same way until to land on the main breakdown that a strong piano melody comes in to make you feel sensitive and fragile along with warm strings to make you feel sensitive and fragile. Very soon the nice atmosphere is interrupted by a very large synthy electroish hook that then leads the track in big room proglifting style in the main part that is a massive climax to release all the tensions. Expect sudden short stops of sound and then the bouncy beats along with the top riff on the breakdown to come back to continue hands in the air and anthemic. Massive stuff indeed by Tritonal & Ben Gold that will make you Slave of their beats after listening this top notch track. Get It and Loose IT! Love IT!
