We're very pleased to have our friend Sensetive5 supply the next release on Neuroscience Recordings. The Russian producer, although still young, has already seen the support DJs such as Markus Schulz, Richard Durand and Pedro Del Mar. He seems to be on a roll right now, and we hope it continues with this next one.

'Winter Sun' is a perfect progressive trance track, and the sound fits the title perfectly. We can almost imagine a snow covered landscape, beneath a low winter sun. Sensetive5 has created some beautiful melodic elements in this track, with a deep and melancholic feel. Against the wonderful piano lead, the atmosphere builds with some gorgeous pads and carries the track forward... Great stuff!

On remix duties we first have Jimmy Roqsta, with his second remix for the label. Jimmy has done a great job, using the original elements and adding his own take on prog trance. Next up is Neuroscience regular, Gordey Tsukanov (aka Gosh). Gordey gives his remix a big-room feel, with a sweet tribal/tech twist. Both tracks add something different, and compliment the release perfectly!

Sensetive5 - Winter Sun by Neuroscience Recordings

Dimitri Kechagias review: Neuroscience continues its journey into the mysterious realm of trance music and provides to the trance masses another excellent release by Sensetive5 that personally I admire a lot and check out his releases of course. Winter Sun sounds the perfect soundtrack all over Europe at the moment that even that the Sun is up there the temperature is really low and in a way the original mix describes that situation with sounds. Progressive trance at its best really driving and playful with warm piano melodies that perhaps sound like the sunrays but the tough quite grungy electro trance beat and the sharp as knife basslines add certain darkness like the winter's winds. Its another slice of quality progressive trance that tells a story that mentally is out there for you to find it. Gordey Tsukanov remix follows the tech trance meets big room progressive trance friendly style that is playful too but with more grooves and tougher beats and twists in order to add a clubbier approach. With wild and maddening beats this version will get the clubbers jumping with its nice rhythm. Lastly  Jimmy Roqsta delivers the more progressive house less progressive trance version on his own very unique and stand out style. Jimmy has the ability to compose wonderful sounds and he totally change the track by just keeping that out of space from galaxy style melody. You will be amazed for sure. Like IT!
