DJ Mikas and DJ Sage present their brand new single on the Terminal4 label, entitled “Shaken Not Stirred”.
Of course the title is immediately recognizable from countless James Bond movies. Whenever 007 ordered a Vodka Martini, he wanted it “Shaken, Not Stirred”. That being said, it also adds that extra bit of class to the entire track. And the music, that’s what it’s all about. Get ready for an incredibly uplifting track that will put a smile on your face. DJ Mikas and DJ Sage built the production with a vast amount of synths in it while at the same time they subtly add a nice Mediterranean guitar. For the clubs or even the outdoor events, this is a perfect track to create the best epic sounding transitions during your live set.
The dub version omits the guitar and has a bit of extra synth in it, so it’s a slightly rougher version for the clubs. And with the radio version in the package it won’t be long before the stations pick it up!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Terminal 4 is one of those labels that just its name is a guarantee for a release that deserves the love and attention of the worldwide club scene. Now its the time for a quick journey in the other side of the Atlantic for a superb release by the hot dj Mikas from Quebec in Canada and Dj Sage. Shaken, Not Stirred is a superb cut that is difficult to overlook. If you adore balearic feel good summer vibes then this release is right up your street. The whole production brings in mind the mental image of travelling at the ocean against gigantic waves enjoying the rough sea and checking out the dolphins and whales dancing on their own way of course. The balearic guitar riff is so sweet and smooth that you must close your eyes for a moment and enjoy the excellent sound design. The dub mix is similar to the original minus the lovely balearic guitar riff. It's beautiful and ready to warm your winter nights with its high quality production from start to finish.
