An avalanche in real life stands for the unexpected slide of huge amounts of snow; a rough bit of natural violence. “I’m An Avalanche” might have nothing to do with snow, but still it’s a big time tech trancer that will definitely appeal to the ones that are totally into the harder variants of big room trance. Jenya Solid’s production offers an enormous wall of big beats, shredding synths and a sky scraper sized break that will put the full focus on the simply outstanding theme. Every aspect of hard, techno style produced electronic dance music comes back in this one single, which makes it an instant floorfiller for every DJ.
The remix package contains a whirlwind of absolutely killer versions, some of ‘em a tad bit harder than the original; some of ‘em tailor made for the less hard trance performances. Dimitri Kechagias review:Terminal 4 headed by the superstar dj Richard Durand provides the dance music community with excellent releases that stand the test of time that sometimes is so tough that some so called releases dissapear 2-3 days after the buzz ends prematurely. Jenya Solid really keeps the high levels on the best possible way and provides a tough tech trance original with an amazing breakdown with balearic vocal samples and then goes hard and fast once again on the tech trance tip. The real deal here is Andrew Rayel's mixes who service an amazing version that can be called only EPIC big room trance at its finest. Particularly the breakdown is absolutely essential with piano melodies and excellent synthy work to raise hands in the air and prepare for the awesome stompy main part that Im sure bodies will be high on air. His remix combines techy dirty basslines with tough driving trance uplifting elements and for that reason is perfect for the big rooms. Nkoder is another great talent that became known from Terminal 4 and he really smash and grabs the original with a really playful and very creative version that doesnt affaid to experiment. Stannis is epic melodic trance meets epic prog house sounds and really its a nice version that can carry your mind and body away. PM Attitude moves the original in the more minimal prog trance territory for a version that house djs who like some melodic dose in their sets can adopt straight away. Do not be surprised on the breakdown that dubstep sounds will appear too. What a package and what an amazing release, Not to be missed if you dare!
