1.Now Is The Time (Original Mix)
2.Now Is The Time (Radio Edit)
The brothers Hagen are back. Ron Hagen & Al Exander had the honour of opening disc 2 of Armin van Buuren’s ‘A State of Trance 2011’ compilation. After months of waiting, now is the time for the full release on Armind Recordings. Here’s ‘Now Is The Time’.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. For more than 15 years, Dutchman Ron Hagen has been breathing music as one half of the legendary Signum duo. He’s seen it all, from artist album to compilation and thick remixes to strong solo productions. But the spark of music also lit a fire into the heart of his little brother, Vincent Alexander Hagen. With the perfect tutor right next to him, Al Exander developed a sound of his own. It wouldn’t take long before the first collaboration was a fact.
After last year’s success of ‘Last Minute’, they kick in even harder. The clocks stop ticking and all else fades to the background, as ‘Now Is The Time’ hits in. It starts off gentle, building with a deep bass. But soon enough, you’ll be taken by a dark, majestic melody, an mysterious drive and a real outburst of energy after the break.
On the remix, you’ll find a tougher, even stronger version of this beat-beauty. It’s got all the necessities to make a club explode.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Its great to see new talents like Al Exander coming in the scene and delivering so beautiful tracks. Of course Now is the Time is the result of the combination of two great talents that happen to be brothers. High quality production values are in place of course with big expectations particularly when you think that Ron is one half of one of the most celebrated trance duos the awesome Signum. Its big room progressive trancer that will serve as the bridge track from the more progressive part to the more big room trance part of your set. It starts deep and floating but dont be fooled cause in the breakdown the classical music melody and the whole cinematic atmosphere will travel your mind to all sorts of hidden, sacred and untold places. The vocal samples applied reinforce that sense of being somewhere else escaping for some minutes. When the beat comes back it goes big room and epic continuing that overall classical music approach. Now is the time is another sure crowd pleaser that will surprise you with its fresh approach in trance.
