While at the crest of another electrifying summer at Ushuaïa Ibiza, the beach club he has called his home for countless summer residencies, Armin van Buuren unveils the eleventh installment of his beloved A State of Trance Ibiza mix album series. ‘A State of Trance Ibiza 2025 (Mixed by Armin van Buuren)’ continues the iconic three-part journey through the island’s multifaceted sound, offering fans worldwide a taste of the ultimate Ibiza experience. Once again divided into three parts—On The Beach, In The Club and Who’s Afraid Of 138?!—the 42-track mix album spans the full spectrum of Armin van Buuren’s sound when he makes the White Isle his stage. From sun-drenched daytime grooves to peak-time club energy and full-throttle trance euphoria, this eleventh volume reflects his passion for trance and the pulse of the island.
This new 2025 edition boasts standout collaborations with—and tracks from—the likes of Martin Garrix, Ferry Corsten, Eli Brown, Hi-LO, Indira Paganotto, Lilly Palmer, W&W, and Maddix, showcasing Armin’s continued commitment to pushing genre boundaries and uniting diverse artists under the trance and progressive umbrella.
“Ibiza is my home away from home and continues to be a huge inspiration for me,” says Armin van Buuren. “This year’s mix album is especially close to my heart because it captures the energy of my first extended set since 2018: the six-hour opening night set at Ushuaïa. A lot of the tracks from that night, including my new single with Malou, ‘Everything I Wanted’, are featured in the mix.”
