Just over a month to go before Tomorrowland returns to the beautiful scenery of De Schorre in Boom, Belgium for its special 20-year anniversary edition! Revolving around this year’s theme ‘LIFE’, Tomorrowland will once again deliver a top-notch food and dining experience to guests from around the world during two weekends of magic. Chef Pam, Asia’s best female chef, will be joining the iconic music festival to host her own food stand at Mesa Garden, the festival’s go-to place to relax with food, drinks, and the ultimate summer vibes, while Belgian and Dutch based chefs Roger van Damme, Nick Bril, Thijs Meliefste and Marcelo Ballardin have joined forces for a new collaboration with Tomorrowland’s culinary team to create at special menu for the Tomorrowland Restaurant. Moreover, festivalgoers will be treated to a surprising taste discovery with a wide range of the finest flavors from all corners of the world and a selection of exquisite food experiences at the festival grounds. 

Tomorrowland’s ‘Tastes of the World’ cuisine offers the People of Tomorrow a surprising taste discovery at Tomorrowland, featuring 2 restaurants, 13 chefs, 45 food caterers and 3 mixologists. The festival brings together several of the culinary world’s finest chefs and mixologists who will be creating culinary magic. Belgian and Dutch based chefs Roger van Damme, Nick Bril, Thijs Meliefste and Marcelo Ballardin have joined forces for a new collaboration with Tomorrowland’s culinary team to create a culinary storyline that will be the basis for all future food experiences at Tomorrowland’s festivals, events and projects across all continents. Marking the first step in this new chapter, the chefs have created a special menu for the Tomorrowland Restaurant, which revolves around this year’s festival theme ‘LIFE’.


Chef Pam, Asia’s best female chef

​Chef Pam, the first ever and youngest female chef to receive both Michelin Star and ‘Opening of the Year’ awards from the Michelin Guide at the same time, will be hosting her own food stand with Thai dishes at Mesa Garden. Chef Pam is also the quickest and youngest Thai female chef to receive Asia’s Best Female Chef from World 50 Best Restaurants. From New York to Bangkok, Pam has become a critically acclaimed chef, food consultant, and one of the most recognized culinary pioneers today.

Tomorrowland Restaurant Dining Experience

​Festivalgoers will be able to immerse themselves in a culinary food sharing journey through the universe of Tomorrowland at the exclusive Tomorrowland Restaurant. This brand-new unique dining experience with a specially curated menu around this year’s festival theme ‘LIFE’ will make you feel at one with the festival as you savor the culinary brilliance crafted by four Tomorrowland and Michelin starred chefs, including Roger van Damme, Nick Bril, Thijs Meliefste and Marcelo Ballardin, while enjoying spectacular views of the legendary Mainstage.

Brasa

​Set in a beautiful location surrounded by water, open fires and cozy beats, Brasa will serve the finest meat, fish and vegetarian dishes to share straight from the sizzling grill – located on the largest terrace of Tomorrowland, close to the Rise stage. Summer vibes at its best, together with Belgian butcher/chef Luc De Laet. New this year at Brasa will be the Belgian Beer Bar, which is located right in the middle of Brasa’s brand-new terrace and offers some of Belgium’s finest beers, as well as a dedicated bar bites section.

Papillon Cocktail & Tea Experience

​People can take a seat at Papillon’s private bar and immerse themselves in a magical and interactive cocktail and tea experience led by Tomorrowland’s renowned expert mixologists Elias Belmans and Farah Soeleimansjah – located in Papillon, at Mesa Garden. Brand-new addition: a beautiful herb garden where guests can discover everything about the different cocktails, as well as the herbs that are used by the mixologists.


Brand-new food & drinks stands at Tomorrowland and DreamVille

​Tomorrowland will feature a series of brand-new food & drink stands to experience this summer, both at the festival, as well as at the camping site of DreamVille:

Tomorrowland Burger: a specially Tomorrowland inspired smashed burger, with a vegetarian option available as well.

Tomorrowland Waffle: a unique Brussels waffle in the shape of a butterfly, made with a personalized waffle maker.

​Mesa Garden, the festival’s go-to place to relax with healthy (vegan & vegetarian) food, international chefs, drinks, a wine bar, a cocktail bar, and the ultimate summer vibes, will also offer new and delicious combinations for people to taste at different stands:

A food stand with Thai dishes, curated by Chef Pam, Asia’s Best Female Chef.

A very interactive wine bar where people can taste wines, while a team of sommeliers will help to select the perfect glass of wine.

A cocktail bar led by master-mixologist Paul Morel.

A dedicated bar bites section, focusing on pure and high-quality products and delicacies, including cheese, cold cuts, olives, dips and more.

A barbecue stand by BBQ Bros

Solo Vida

​The Solo Vida Bar at Mesa Garden will amaze visitors with Tomorrowland’s own sparkling wine, a blend of magic co-created by the festival and the Spanish winery Vallformosa. Solo Vida is made with the finest quality grapes and cared for with love, making it perfect for celebrating life and sharing moments of happiness and joy. Designed by the creative minds of Tomorrowland, Solo Vida comes in a one-of-a-kind bottle – a true piece of art and an homage to the natural ingredients that are bottled inside. The traditional production process of Solo Vida is entirely manual – a true form of craftsmanship and authenticity, from harvest to labelling.
