Originally released on our sister label Deep In Thought, Obelisk was a big moment for EverLight who teamed up with Emma Chatt to create this dark, sinister, gritty vocal record that we knew we’d need to come back to and remix one day. Well that day has now come and we decided to Sebrof was the ideal candidate to take on a hard techno interpretation while Under This took it more in a futuristic breaks vibe. A brilliant two track EP packed with raw attitude.

EverLight featuring Emma Chatt - Obelisk (The Remixes)10
Summary
EverLight featuring Emma Chatt top tuneObelisk is remixed perfectly in two different directions. First is the massive Sebrof remix aka David Forbesthat is full on hardhitting upfront mainstage techno in true underground form. Massive fat dark moody stomping basslines, harsh raw kicks and slamming, cool distorted vocal samples in the breakdown and then climax that has energy, dynamism and we can move clubs and festivals without doubts. Perfect when you want to take your DJ set in the darker more twisted direction. Under This transform the original into a trippy driving cinematic breaks anthem that manage to create the right sonic environment for Emma's Chatt vocals to shine. Energetic rock guitar riffs add that Prodigy atmosphere that simply is impossible not to start dancing and jumping around. #PureGold Love IT
