Right off the back of signing exclusively with Armada Music, Nico de Andrea has dropped his latest single on the label. Featuring UK singer-songwriter Darla Jade, ‘My Everything’ taps into his acclaimed afro house sound with deep, melodic nuances, marking the start of a new chapter for the producer, musician and DJ.
Following on from ‘Disappear’, his 2022 collaboration with South African tastemaker THEMBA and singer Tasan, ‘My Everything’ is the ideal record to kickstart Nico de Andrea’s new journey. Oozing warmth and musicality across its vocal-laced production, this track is perfect for a dreamy listening session.
“With ‘My Everything’, I’m going into a darker, deeper and more melodic direction, mixing afro drums and emotional chords to create nostalgia in between sadness and hope,” says Nico de Andrea. “The dreamy bells, string sections, vocal chops and beautiful voice of Darla complete the scenery.”
